Problem:
XOi Technologies develops software to streamline the servicing of HVAC equipment in the field and increase equipment uptime. With high turnover in the industry and many new employees working in the field, there is a need to harness expertise and learnings from past jobs to improve future service calls. The more information service technicians have at their fingertips in the field, the more likely they are to make the right decisions.
Solution:
Using data from millions of service calls, XOi is now able to automate the analysis of unstructured notes to identify issues from each call. With Synaptiq’s help, XOi built a Generative AI application to create and communicate a summary of the most likely issues for the specific HVAC make/model a technician is servicing to the field. Now, when a technician arrives on site for a service call, he is more prepared and has potential solutions ready.
